Integrating the Twitter API with Notifier.so

Notifier.so now requires users to have their own Twitter API account due to changes in X's (formerly Twitter) API policy.

Steps to Integrate:

  1. Obtain a Twitter API Account: Subscribe to the Basic Twitter API for $100 per month. This gives you rate-limited access to Twitter's suite of v2 endpoints, allowing up to 10,000 reads (or searches) per month. Link:

  2. Email Us Your API Key: After obtaining your Twitter API account, email your API key to . We need this key to perform searches on Twitter on your behalf.

Usage Limitations:

  • Search Limit: With your API key, we're limited to conducting 333 searches per day on your behalf, which totals approximately 10,000 searches per month. This assumes you are on their basic plan.

  • Search Recommendations: To maximize the efficiency of your searches, we recommend focusing on specific and targeted queries.
